We are passionate about taking care of you. Please contact us at hello@realgoodbathandbody.com within 30 days of delivery. We will reply to your message within 3 business days and work together to find a solution. Prior authorization is required for returns. Returns are given store credit. Customers pay shipping charges.
Please make sure your items arrived in good order and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transit or if the product is faulty or the order is incorrect. We've got your back! Send us a message, and we'll make it right.
Opened or used products cannot be returned. Returns are available only for faulty products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit.
